Terms and Conditions for One Factory

Welcome to One Factory. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Factory mobile application ("App") and services provided by Coinverse Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age to use this App.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

2. Nature of Service: Social Commerce & Loyalty

One Factory is a Productivity and Social Commerce platform.

The Model: Users complete micro-tasks, surveys, and engagements ("Activities") to earn Merit Points.

The Purpose: Merit Points are internal loyalty units used exclusively to claim physical products or digital brand vouchers from our in-app catalog.

Non-Gambling Declaration: One Factory is not a game of chance, social casino, or gambling platform. Rewards are distributed based on linear effort and task completion. No wagering or "pay-to-play" mechanics exist.

3. Merit Points & Rewards

No Cash Value: Merit Points are strictly for in-app use. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, or exchanged for UPI/legal tender.

Expiration: We reserve the right to expire points after [6/12] months of user inactivity.

Redemption: Once a user reaches the required threshold for a product, they may place a "Redemption Request."

Availability: All products in the Rewards Store are subject to availability and may be swapped for items of equal value if out of stock.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Delivery Address: Users are responsible for providing a valid and accurate physical address for delivery.

Logistics: Shipping is handled by third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location (Tier 1, 2, or 3 cities).

Damaged Items: If a physical reward arrives damaged, you must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence on support email.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks.
• Manipulate device IDs or use VPNs to bypass regional restrictions.
• Provide fraudulent information in surveys or tasks.
• Attempt to "launder" or trade Merit Points outside the official App interface.

Violation of these terms will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coinverse Private Limited is not liable for:

• Technical glitches, server downtime, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays caused by third-party logistics or courier services.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App or the products redeemed.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify the "AI Yield" (point-earning rates), product prices in the store, and task availability at any time to ensure the sustainability of the platform's ecosystem.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding (One Factory), and the "Factory" dashboard interface are the intellectual property of Coinverse Private Limited. Users may not copy or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of One Factory shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai/Delhi].
