• No Monetary Value: Merit Points are internal loyalty credits with no independent cash value. They cannot be withdrawn as currency or transferred to bank accounts/UPI.
• Commerce Focus: The Platform is a "Task-for-Item" marketplace. All redemptions are final once the shipping process has initiated.
• No return policy: The products you order from rewards tab are non-returnable.
